Laborer

Lifeblood of a project

Sets the table for all trades

A great laborer anticipates the project’s needs

Typical work includes:
Logistical leader
Site Safety Implementation
Equipment Operator
(requires equipment certification)
Manages site cleanliness
Includes Hod Carriers for Masons

Journeyman (year 5+): $24.93-$32.41/hr

Concrete Finisher

Specialized scope of work

Can be at multiple project locations each week

Typical work includes:
Sidewalks and exterior paving
Vertical concrete wall finishing
Installation of concrete flatwork
Rubbing/finishing exposed concrete walls

Journeyman (year 5+): $30.05-$34.65/hr

Carpenter

Broadest scope of work

Typical work includes:
Rough blocking and framing
Building concrete forms
Acoustical ceilings
Studs & drywall
Casework
Trim
Doors/Frames
Flooring

Mason

Specialized scope of work

Typical work includes:
Brick
Block
Stone
Caulking
Restoration
